By accessing or using dockora.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

dockora.ai is an AI-powered video generation service that converts static images into short cinematic videos. The Service includes:

• Image-to-video AI generation using Runway AI technology
• Multiple video styles and motion options
• Audio overlay and voiceover capabilities
• Secure cloud storage and delivery of generated videos
• A user dashboard to manage orders and downloads

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

One free video is available per account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent this limit is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Free Tier: Every new account receives one free video generation. Free videos are delivered at standard quality (up to 480p) within approximately 20 minutes.

Paid Orders: Paid packages (Basic, Pro, Ads) are processed after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:

• Basic: ~20 minutes
• Pro: ~12 hours (priority queue)
• Ads: ~6 hours (express queue)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, technical issues, or the complexity of your request.

Completed videos are available for download from your dashboard for 12 months from the completion date.

Ownership: You retain full ownership of the images you upload and the videos we generate for you. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the images you upload
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws
• You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals in your images

Commercial Use: Paid tier videos include a commercial license. Free tier videos are for personal use only.

You may not use the Service to generate content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or involves minors in any sexual context
• Depicts real people without their consent in a defamatory or harmful manner
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others (deepfakes for malicious purposes)

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.

Our IP: The dockora.ai platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI pipeline, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Your IP: As stated above, you retain ownership of your uploaded images and generated videos. We claim no ownership over your content.

Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet your specific expectations. AI-generated content is inherently variable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCKORA.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
