Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our AI videos. If something goes wrong, we make it right — with revisions, credits, or a full refund where applicable.

At dockora.ai, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI-generated videos. Because our service involves significant computational resources and human review, we have a structured refund policy designed to be fair to both our customers and our team.

We always try to resolve issues through revisions first. A refund is our last resort — but we will issue one when it is warranted.

Eligible Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:

Technical Failure

If we are unable to deliver your video due to a technical error on our end and cannot resolve it within 48 hours of your order.

Significant Quality Failure

If the delivered video is fundamentally broken (corrupted file, completely black video, severe rendering artifacts) and revisions do not resolve the issue.

Duplicate Charge

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.

Significant Delay

If your video is not delivered within 3x the estimated delivery time (e.g., Basic not delivered within 60 minutes) and you have not yet downloaded it.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

Video Already Downloaded

Once you have downloaded your completed video, the order is considered fulfilled. We can still offer revisions per your package.

Change of Mind

We cannot issue refunds because you changed your mind, no longer need the video, or decided to use a different service after the video has been generated.

Low-Quality Source Image

AI video quality is directly affected by the quality of the source image. We cannot refund orders where the result is limited by a low-resolution, blurry, or poorly lit source photo.

Subjective Dissatisfaction

AI generation is creative and results may vary. If the video is technically correct but you simply don't like the style, we will offer a revision — not a refund.

Policy Violations

Orders that violate our Terms of Service (prohibited content) are not eligible for refunds and may result in account termination.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@dockora.ai with the subject line: "Refund Request — Order [your order ID]"
  2. Include your order ID (found in your dashboard), the email address on your account, and a brief description of the issue
  3. Attach a screenshot or description of the problem if applicable

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it immediately.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control once issued.

Revisions Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use your included revisions. Each paid package includes:

  • Basic: 1 revision
  • Pro: 3 revisions
  • Ads: Unlimited revisions

To request a revision, contact us at support@dockora.ai with your order ID and specific feedback on what you would like changed. Revisions are processed within the same timeframe as the original order.

Free Tier

The free video tier is provided at no cost as a trial of our service. Free tier videos are not eligible for monetary refunds. If your free video fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will reset your free video credit so you can try again.
