We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically when you use our service.

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

Uploaded Content: Photos and images you upload to generate videos. These are stored securely in our cloud storage and used solely to generate your requested video.

Order & Payment Data: Package selection, order history, and payment confirmation. We do not store full credit card numbers — payments are processed by our payment provider.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information. This helps us improve the service.

Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to respond and improve our support.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process your video generation orders
• Deliver completed videos to your dashboard and email
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, video ready notifications)
• Improve and debug our AI generation pipeline
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your uploaded photos or generated videos to train AI models. Your content is yours.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform — including Supabase (database & auth), Runway AI (video generation), and our payment processor. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including:

• TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• Row-level security policies on our database
• Access controls limiting who can view your data

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Uploaded images are retained for 90 days after your order is completed, then permanently deleted. Generated videos are retained for 12 months or until you delete them from your dashboard.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to certain types of processing

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

dockora.ai is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
